Cassy Smith has accepted the position of Archivist at the Pueblo of Isleta's new cultural center, Yonan An. She will be moving to Albuquerque and beginning work mid-August. The first project that she and her colleagues at the Department of Cultural and Historic Preservation will undertake is called "History from the Land," the creation of a digital, experiential, living archive in collaboration with Pueblo of Isleta youth and elders.
