PhD candidate Alisa Swindell will participate in On Counterpoints, a panel in conjunction with the exhibition A Site of Struggle: American Art against Anti-Black Violence at the Block Museum of Art of the Northwestern University on April 27, 2022. On Counterpoints is part of a conversation series on museum practice that includes On Collaboration (April 13) and On Context (April 20), in which a national group of curators, educators, and scholars will share their reflections on museum practice, engaging communities with care, and exhibiting challenging material related to race, violence, and our shared histories.
