Current and Former UIC Students Will Be Presenting Papers at an Upcoming Tufts University Graduate Symposium

Current UIC PhD Student Artie Foster will be presenting a paper titled "In the Crosshairs of Empire: The role of diaspora and postcolonial 'Empire' in Frank Bowling’s Africa to Australia" and UIC alumna Kale Serrato Doyen (BA, 2020) will be presenting a paper titled “Visualizing Chicanx Presence in the Rural Midwest” at the graduate symposium Beyond Borders: Visualizing Diaspora, Displacement, and Dispossession, hosted by the Department of History of Art and Architecture at Tufts University and taking place on April 1–2, 2022.
