an afternoon celebrating the many artistic
expressions inspired by Krishna, one of South Asia's most enduring and beloved cultural figures.
The program features a curator talk by SAI's Curator, Sydney Barofsky, offering insights into artworks that have shaped representations of the blue-hued deity across centuries, live Carnatic music and culminates with a captivating Kuchipudi dance performance by Srivani Vokkarane, exploring timeless stories of Krishna and includes her spectacular Tarangam a signature dance piece where she balances on the rim of a brass plate.
